Holly Bates, LCSW, is a board licensed clinical social worker with both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University. She has over 12 years of experience in outpatient therapy settings. Her work extends to individuals, couples, families, and teens.
Her therapeutic focus includes women’s issues, trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression and mood disorders, grief and loss, relationship concerns, attachment difficulties, self esteem challenges, life transitions, and adjustment stressors.
Holly has led Intensive Outpatient Programs treating at risk teens.
She uses evidence based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to address and relieve a wide range of symptoms related to depression and anxiety.
As a therapist, I am grateful to develop a connection with my clients. This relationship supports and facilitates positive changes. I believe everyone has the right to be understood.
