What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on your unique story. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you can feel heard and respected as you explore what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with space to better understand yourself, identify what matters most, and move toward healing and growth. My goal is to support you in connecting with and embracing your most authentic self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session is a supportive, collaborative conversation shaped around what feels most important to you. We may begin with a check-in, then explore a concern, experience, or goal you’d like to focus on. I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you reflect and build a deeper understanding of yourself—all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll leave time to reflect on what stood out and consider any next steps that feel useful. Sessions may look different from week to week, and you don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say before you come in.
