Getting to know Holly Gilmore
My career has included a variety of therapeutic work, initially with children, teens, and their families, and more recently supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and life transitions. Specialty areas include working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, problematic behaviors, family systems experiencing divorce, blended families, or other disruptions, and supporting professionals in varying stages of career development. I am also working to expand my knowledge and expertise in working with individuals with anxiety and couples. I hold an MEd in School Counseling from Shippensburg University.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During our first session I will take some time to get to know you, completing an intake to gather pertinent background information. Then we will look at goal setting in order to ensure we are on the right track to meet your therapeutic needs. I may assign some work to do do between sessions as well as use some assessments if applicable.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
