Simply put, altering our beliefs, feelings, and behaviors can be a hard-won battle. But people are amazingly resilient! Together, we will explore your current beliefs, challenge long-held perceptions, and transform problematic patterns, making life more joyful and improving your connections with others. Feeling alone is the thread that runs through all painful experiences. Whether it is depression, anxiety, loss, disappointment, addiction, losing our sense of purpose, or other issues that leave us feeling stranded, I will help you create a map toward the connection you seek. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is not one size fits all and is tailored to fit the needs of each individual, couple and family. It is my belief that good therapy is collaborative and that each individual, couple and family are the experts in what they need. I bring the experience, knowledge and curiosity to help you achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to share my intake paperwork for new client's to fill out prior to the session. We will review the paperwork together and I will ask questions to make sure I understand your history and what you want to achieve while in counseling.
