Hi, I'm Holly, your future therapist who is honored to walk alongside you as you take reign over your life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Leo University, which has equipped me to support you through life’s challenges.
Sometimes in life, we are faced with unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout, and instability. Perhaps you have tried to overcome these struggles before, without success. Whether it's in your relationship with others or in your relationship with yourself, I can help. I assist individuals in building the courage to face their fears and cope with overwhelming stress while providing a safe and welcoming environment.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Our time together is for you. As your therapist I take the time to get to know you and understand who you really are to meet your specific needs. I use a collaborative approach to help you realize your strengths, cope through life challenges and build a deeper understanding of yourself. After our initial session, we will work together to maintain your goals, heal from your pain and overcome challenges as they arise.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
