Getting to know Hontah Epps
2025 marks my 26th year as a social worker, clinical therapist, educator, supervisor, and leader dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations. My career began with a deep passion for assisting those within the child welfare system, starting as a Social Worker in New York City's Child Welfare system.
My clinical approach is client-centered and strength-based. I have worked with children, young adults, and families to overcome significant challenges by fostering an environment grounded in mutual respect. I am genuinely excited to work with anyone willing to face and overcome their challenges.
I hold a Doctor of Social Work degree from Capella University, which has further enriched my ability to provide compassionate and effective care.
