I obtained my master's in social work from the University of Houston in 2021 and currently hold an LSWAIC. I have a heart for meeting individuals with grace and compassion. I strive to make counseling a safe space for all and am committed to a strengths-based, client-centered, and collaborative approach. I am trauma-informed and draw from various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT. I also utilize mindfulness, self-compassion, and expressive arts therapy techniques. I have experience working with diverse individuals and am LGBT+ affirming. My areas of interest include relational issues, identity formation, family dynamics, faith and spirituality, feminist issues, and trauma. I am excited to come alongside you in your journey towards healing and growth. Therapy is hard work, but I believe in making it fun and empowering.
