Deciding to start therapy is a sign of strength. My approach to therapy is based on a collaborative effort to achieve your goals. Achieving any goal, including a therapeutic goal, requires exploration and understanding. While I am trained in various evidenced based therapeutic models, the initial session is designed to understand the presenting symptoms, and build a therapeutic relationship.
