What should a new client know about working with you?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what's happening beneath the surface. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences, relationships, culture, identity, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, connected, and at peace with yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach starts with getting to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll identify patterns, challenges, and goals that matter most to you. As therapy progresses, we'll explore the underlying emotions, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your struggles while also building practical tools to help you cope and create change. My goal is to help you gain deeper self-understanding, strengthen your relationships, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges.
