This is Dr Jane Huei Chen Cheng. I am a licensed professional counselor for over 15 years. I have worked with DFCS, court cases and community leaders to promote mental health wellness for over 25 years. I have served in several church setting as a ordained Christian Pastor to provide people guidance to find their live purpose and mission and how to plan their careers and life better to feel more hope and love.
I am passionate to serve teens, kids, adults from age 5 to 70 who like to learn how to better manage emotions such as depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, Bipolar, Trauma,Grief, Loss, Dissociation as well as improve communication and relationship between family for parents/children and couples to create abundant life. I have empowered many women men children teens and elderly to live a better life.
I received MS in professional counseling, MA in Human Service counseling, MDiv in divinity, MS in health care administration plus 2 PhD in Spiritual development and health care wellness. I have provided holistic approach when I have provided my service to help you to improve physical health, emotional health, spiritual health and financial health. I am a Board certify life and business coach to guide you to create more wealth and happiness. ALL MY CLIENTS RECEIVE GREAT TRANSFORMATION AND GOOD RESULTS to receive most 5 star award.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She was not available for an office appt. She used the entirety of the session time explaining how she would be unable to do couples therapy, then said it would be charged as a regular session. We booked an appt. for couples therapy on a weekend, as my work schedule would only allow weekends and she said that she only works weekdays. She only asked questions about my mental state, then repeatedly asked if my partner and I would be willing to do personal sessions as she went on about how my insurance would not cover couples therapy, seemingly expecting us to answer then and there. My partner and I have been looking for a place to do couples therapy on a weekend for months before we found her on Zocdoc and left this "session" disappointed to say the least. Neither my partner, nor myself felt as though she cared about what we had to say unless it was us saying yes to her repeated request for us both to do individual therapy to fix what she baselessly assumed to be a "communication issue".

Although the provider was punctual and attentive during our session, she rudely hung up on our video call when I couldn't commit to a time that I'd be available for our next session due the upcoming holidays. I even offered to get back to her with my availability at a later time to which she then mentioned that she'd rather not work with anyone who can't manage their time + schedule. This definitely soured my experience in that I felt she cared more about her calendar and fitting in as many clients as possible and was rude in her approach.
