I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the College of New Rochelle. I have experience working with people of varying ages and diagnoses in both the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Mental Health Counseling fields. I'm passionate about helping individuals through Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which has shown faster progress than other therapeutic techniques-an advantage for people with busy schedules.
