With a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University and almost a decade of experience serving individuals experiencing personal struggles, along with over three years of clinical service, I have developed a toolbox of approaches that is eclectic and solutions-focused. I incorporate cognitive, behavioral, neurobiology, and technology interventions to bring a whole-person response that supports individual development. When faced with all too familiar challenges, sometimes we simply need a new vision and someone to help us create new strategies to overcome old obstacles and take life to the next level.
