What should a new client know about working with you?

15 years of clinical experience and certifications in groupwork, short-term treatment, end-of-life care, and somatic healing inform my holistic, collaborative approach. We will have many tools at our disposal to empower you in reaching your goals. Therapy provides a place for open expression where you can be greeted with compassion, curiosity, and transparency, helping you craft a story of peace, freedom, connection and joy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is, first and foremost, about creating a healing relationship, regardless of length of treatment. With my experience as a researcher and educator, I can guide us in identifying measurable goals and outcomes that can define our work together. This can look like something concrete, like creating a legacy project or planning an approach to a difficult conversation, or it can be more subjective, like mental health symptoms interfering less with daily life.

Don’t see your insurance?

It’s common for mental health providers to be out-of-network. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage, so you may get partially reimbursed. Learn more

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Ongoing session: $125-175 for 53 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

More information on payments and coverage

I am in-network with several insurance companies, am able to support reimbursement for those with out-of-network coverage, and offer sliding scale services to those who are underinsured or otherwise unable to pay full rate.
