I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University in Florida. I have more than 12 years of experience in the mental health field, supporting children, adolescents, and their families through therapy and targeted case management services. Additionally, I have taught college-level Psychology courses and have experience in college counseling, college advising, and substance use counseling. I enjoy reading, walking, going to the beach, and traveling with my two daughters and husband. I became a therapist because I want to make a difference in people's lives by helping them work through challenging times and empowering them. I take pride in creating a safe space for people to express the challenges they face, and my goal is to develop treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each client's specific needs.
