What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning I support you at whatever point you're at in your mental health journey. My approach is rooted in empathy and compassion. My focus is on helping you recognize the power of your thoughts and how they influence the connection between your mind, body, and emotions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll introduce myself and share what therapy can look like and answer any questions you may have. You’ll have the space to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore your story, your strengths, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. If you’re ready to begin, or just want to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would be honored to support your journey towards healing. I look forward to connecting with you.

If you're paying privately, I offer competitive rates and can provide superbills for reimbursement through your insurance. Payments are securely processed at the time of service. I accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and select digital payment options. If you have questions about billing or need help navigating your benefits, I’m happy to walk you through it. I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please reach out—let’s talk about what’s possible.
