What should a new client know about working with you?

At Azzurra Health Care Center we see every client; child, teen, adult, couple, or family as unique. Your care begins with a warm, judgment free conversation and is carried out by licensed therapists and board certified psychiatric providers, not a one-size-fits-all program. We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and more using evidence based therapy and (when appropriate) medication management. Sessions are offered in person in Doral or via secure video anywhere in Florida, with evening and Saturday options, bilingual clinicians, sliding-scale fees, and most major insurance accepted. Our goal is to give you practical skills, measurable relief, and a trusted space where you set the pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

; most new clients are seen within a week. Comprehensive intake. A 60-minute assessment explores history, symptoms, goals, and any medical factors. Collaborative plan. Active treatment. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions focus on evidence based techniques such as CBT, EFT, or trauma informed care; medication is monitored in parallel when prescribed. Progress check ins. Every 4–6 sessions we review goals, adjust strategies, and add resources like workbooks, parent guides, or skill-When goals are met, we create a relapse prevention plan and schedule optional maintenance visits so you stay on track. Throughout the process we maintain open, transparent communication so you always know what we’re working on, why it matters, and how close you are to the results you want.
