What should a new client know about working with you?

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework and incorporate Brainspotting to help clients process and manage symptoms stemming from stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is not to position myself as an expert in your life, but to partner with you as you reclaim control and begin to make meaningful, positive changes. I also believe in the importance of education. I strive to provide each client with an understanding of what’s happening in their brain and body when they experience emotional distress, so they can feel more empowered and equipped to manage their challenges. My hope, as your therapist, is that you’ll find a space that is free of judgment, where you can be your authentic self, explore your emotions, and develop new tools for well-being. Together, we’ll work towards uncovering your strengths and helping you create a life rooted in resilience, peace, and clarity.
