Hello there! My name is Ify. I have been in the mental health field for about 13 years. I truly enjoy learning about and working with people. I am wired to walk with people through difficulties and love seeing people healing and becoming more whole. I would be honored to walk with you and be a support through your difficult time. In our first session together, here's what you can expect Our first session, I work to create a safe and non-judgmental environment and encourage us to have open and honest conversation. I work to get to know some of your background and what you want to accomplish in our time together The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I have received the feedback that I am warm and easily create a non-judgmental environment. I truly believe you are the expert of yourself and work to be a supporting character in your story. I am familiar with many different therapeutic approaches but know it is necessary to meet you, get to know you and be flexible with the different types of therapeutic approaches. There is no one-size-fits-all. Just like everyone is unique we will work on the best modality that will benefit your specific personality/needs/interests The clients I'm best positioned to serve I enjoy serving clients that are motivated to improve themselves. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
