Are you having a difficult time navigating life's everyday challenges? Maybe struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues? I have learned that meeting clients where they are in life is the most helpful way to assist them in healing. I specialize in working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, multicultural issues, and couples counseling. I emphasize a holistic approach to counseling, considering the client's mental, spiritual, and physical needs. I use various treatment modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychotherapy. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Central Florida, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively on their healing journeys.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
