Whether you’re carrying old trauma, navigating a big life shift, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I’m here to help you feel more grounded and whole. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified EMDR therapist, but more than that, I’m someone who truly listens and cares. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, and a variety of other mental health issues, with specialized focus on midlife transitions, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD), parenting stress and relationship challenges, and identity issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start by understanding the challenges you’re facing, and creating a personalized plan to bring relief. healing and hope. Depending on a client's history, symptoms and present stressors and triggers, we may process a past or recent trauma, loss or life transition, explore and change a pattern of behavior to help you get unstuck, or create healthy boundaries and self-care practices. I guide my clients in creating tools and practices to soothe and regulate the nervous system to help you feel more safe, calm and in control.
