Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I just started my therapy session with lleana and I can't express enough how thrilled I am going to be starting my journey with her. During my first session I felt immediately comfortable to show vulnerability. I felt seen and heard during my entire session and came up with solutions for me that genuinely hits the nail of what I am needing to work on.

I’ve tried therapy a few times. I’ve struggled with providers going through steps that they were taught to find a solution for me, instead of being empathetic to what I’m sharing, using what they’ve learned to help guide me through healing. lleana made me feel seen. She made sure that I took my time. She was authentic, and empathetic, empowering, to me she has something that you can’t teach, and for what I’m trying to heal from, you need someone who doesn’t just go through the motions.

As my first ever therapy session, I found myself comfortable and vulnerable with Ileana. I felt validated and able to express feelings without judgement. There were a few times she made me laugh and made me felt at ease. I was able to get clarity and self reflect on certain situations and thoughts. I feel as though I could continue to count on Ileana to guide me on a path of improving my mental health. :)
