I understand the stigmas around seeking counseling and therapy and aim to build a judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself. I am not your traditional therapist-professional, yet down to earth. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York. Teletherapy only.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a fast pace approach providing supporting counseling to individuals facing daily stressors, anxiety, relationship and intimacy concerns as well as those who simply feel stuck and would like motivation, support/accountability. I am ready to think outside the box and offer tips on how to de-stress, I am interactive and like applying Cognitive Behavioral techniques. My method is fast paced (1-6 sessions) to get you to verbally release stressors and move on with your busy life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My method is fast paced (1-8 sessions) ; we will identify concerns, goals, objectives and interventions while providing support and helping you move on with your busy life.

Ongoing session: $200 for 50 minutes

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
