I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I use a trauma-informed approach to help clients better understand their relationships with themselves and others. My specialties include working with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, histories of trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions.
My style is strength-based, down-to-earth, and coaching-oriented. I work alongside you to identify past events impacting your present and teach you better ways to manage life while feeling fulfilled. My challenge for you is to build self-awareness and coping skills that you can use between sessions and long after therapy is complete.
