I'm a licensed clinical therapist with over 16 years of experience working with all populations. I'm a firm believer in meeting you where you are. When entering a session with me; we will conduct an initial assessment and create a plan to work towards the goals and milestones that we set to promote internal healing. My ultimate goal is to change the perspective on past trauma; anxiety; or depression you've faced in the hope of being able to acknowledge these triggers and equip you with the tools to handle them moving forward. I also want my clients to be able to create an open space to grow on their terms.
