What should a new client know about working with you?

I have learned that sometime all I have to do is be present, listen attentively, provide a space for clients to be themselves and feel safe to discuss what make them happy, sad, angry, indifferent or just baffled.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is to get to know the strengths of the client. What they enjoy doing, what they are good at, what their hobbies are. This helps quickly learn their strengths and I will use the strengths they are familiar with to help with the presenting problem.
