Hi there, I'm Indra! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and over five years of experience in the mental health field. My passion is bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic and stressful events and helping them rediscover their passion and purpose in life. I also specialize in helping people overcome anxiety and anger issues, and I love working with couples. My approach In our first session, we start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This helps me create a tailored plan for us to work through in future sessions. We will also touch on your history so I can understand the factors influencing your life and the root causes of some of your challenges. My focus For twenty years, I have helped thousands of people worldwide create major transformations in their lives. In the past five years, I have specialized in offering a safe space for people to address issues such as anxiety, anger, relationship conflict, personal growth, addiction, and childhood abuse/sexual trauma. Therapy works for everyone who works it. My communication style I create a sacred, non-judgmental space where clients can come exactly as they are. It is a safe place to bring whatever they are going through in the moment. My clients love working with me because I make them feel heard, understood, and safe to be themselves-sometimes for the first time. My journey to mental healthcare I was working as a Life Coach for Women in Recovery when one of my clients said she learned more from me in one one-hour session than in 30 years working with her therapist. That inspired me to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
