Omega Therapy Practice is a full-service counseling center offering several approaches to meet the needs of a diverse and inclusive clientele, including first-generation immigrants, professionals of color, the LGBTQ+ community, and fellow residents of Massachusetts. Meet the Staff: Ines Pierre-Louis, LMHC As a licensed mental health counselor who is bicultural and bilingual—fluent in Haitian-Creole and semi-fluent in French—I am uniquely qualified to help clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston. I focus on strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques. Nicole Magnet, MA As a master’s level clinician and licensed school social worker, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families through various transitional periods in their lives. I bring a unique understanding of the impact mental health has on all aspects of our lives and families. Transition can be difficult to navigate, but together, I believe we can create a space for healing and growth. Our sessions will provide a safe environment focused on helping you identify and achieve personal goals, make life decisions, and improve your overall well-being. I believe that to reach our full potential, we must heal from the inside out by understanding the connection between mind and body. To do this, I use multiple modalities, including solution-focused, trauma-based, CBT, and DBT therapy. Our sessions will create a non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. If you are feeling stuck or like you aren’t living your life to its full potential, and if you are ready to begin but don’t know where to start, it’s okay. Starting therapy is an astounding gesture of courage. You do not need to take on life’s burdens alone.
