I maintain a calm and present approach with my clients, prioritizing compassion, validation, and personal growth. My primary goal is to guide clients in exploring their inner selves, facilitating healing, and helping them learn how to empower themselves. I believe it is a privilege to be in the position of a therapist, able to listen and support clients through the hardships of their lives. My approach to therapy is integrated and very client-centered.
