I am so glad that you reached out! I am Dr. Irina Fredericks and here to help. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of clinical, research, and teaching experience. I provide science-based therapy and specialize in stress management, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is eclectic in that I select several evidence-based techniques from various psychological perspectives and tailor them to specific treatment goals that you, as my client, will set forth, based on your individual needs and current issues.
