All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy.
I am an experienced, caring therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. I will empower you, and together we will address the challenges that are important to you. I am a great listener and will give you honest, insightful feedback. We will explore your emotions together, as well as situations that may cause you discomfort and stress. Using the strengths you already have, we will expand on them to manage difficulties effectively.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am a caring therapist who will address the issues that are important to you, and offer honest insightful feedback. My clients report that they feel heard and empowered after sessions with me. I believe we all have the ability to be heal and improve our lives. Humans have an innate desired to be heard, understood and connect with others. We also all have gifts, abilities and fears . Therapy is a great place to explore it all, and increase awareness of what emotions are creating and maintaining stressors and problems.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
You can expect to feel heard during our sessions. Together we will develop a plan to address the issues that are important to You increase awareness of how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, impact your relationships, and life. You will also learn tools and skills to address the issues that are causing dissatisfaction or problems.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
