I believe we all have the ability to heal and improve our lives. Humans have an innate desire to be heard, understood, and connected with others. We also all have gifts, abilities, and fears. Therapy is a great place to explore it all and increase awareness of what emotions are creating and maintaining our maladaptive behaviors. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University, which has equipped me to support individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During sessions with me, you can expect to feel heard and empowered. Together we will develop a plan to address the issues that are important to you. We will work on increasing your awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and how they affect your overall wellbeing. I will give you honest, insightful feedback.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients from adolescense to adulthood, who want to improve their mood, their relationships, and overall satisfaction with life. We explore your emotions, situations, and past events that have an impact on your life today. We can tap into the skills and gifts you already have, and learn more.
