Getting to know Isabel Almanza

Bienvenidos! Welcome to Puentes de Resiliencia! Puentes de Resiliencia was created with the premise of offering therapy services with a cultural perspective in mind. We all navigate healing differently, but one thing remains consistent: we do not have to endure it alone. Healing with community in mind is a strength-based concept that encourages the idea that, as a community, we can transform and create bridges for success, healing, and resilience. As your therapist, I strive to provide a safe space for authenticity to ensure an open environment for expression and healing. I am a bilingual Latina licensed clinical social worker, born and raised in Chicago. Mental health was a new concept for me before my own experiences with it. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago. Now, with over eight years of practice, I am eager to get to know others, explore challenges, and identify positive coping techniques for healing. I look forward to meeting you soon!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
