My focus is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore what matters most to them. I work with individuals experiencing depression, generalized anxiety disorder, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to walk alongside each client as they better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, experiences, identity, and goals while helping them develop practical coping skills and greater self-awareness. My experience across inpatient, college, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings has shaped my ability to support clients through a range of emotional challenges. I strive to meet each person where they are and create a space where they can feel supported, empowered, and comfortable moving forward at their own pace.
