Hello there, I am Isabel. It takes courage to seek counseling. Congratulations on taking your first step. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free place for children and families to receive help and support navigating their struggles. I have always had a passion for working with children and hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I have experience working with trauma, grief, anxiety, self-harm, and depression. I am a true believer in the importance of the client-counselor relationship. Therefore, during therapy, I will continue working towards building a therapeutic alliance while we explore ways to manage your present obstacle.

I will ask you questions to gain a better understanding of your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy so that I can develop a personalized treatment plan. We will periodically review your progress towards your goals. As we continue working together, you can expect to gain deeper insights into yourself, your relationships, and your patterns of thinking and behavior. Remember, the counseling process is unique, and your journey will be shaped by your specific needs and goals. I will be there to support you throughout, offering guidance and expertise as we work together towards positive change and personal growth.
