I specialize in working with adults 18-40 who are wanting to address trauma, addiction, and general emotional overwhelm. Whether you are going through a difficult transition, feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, or wanting to address a specific concern, therapy can be a tool to help facilitate a stronger relationship with yourself and the world around you. Together, we can foster growth, resilience, healing, and connection. We’ll work collaboratively to identify your strengths and goals, deepen insight and self-awareness, and explore resources and practices that support your unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work toward creating an environment of grounded warmth, curiosity, creativity, and acceptance. I use a mix of modalities including EMDR, internal family systems , acceptance commitment therapy, person centered therapy, DBT and narrative therapy. I support clients with trauma, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll work collaboratively to identify your strengths and goals, deepen insight and self-awareness, and explore resources and practices that support your unique needs. We will pull from different therapeutic approaches to find the approach that will be the best fit for you.
