I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection to provide support and create a judgment-free space for healing. In a world full of stress and uncertainty, therapy offers a unique opportunity to build resilience and reconnect with our inner strengths. I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and therapy which so many of us face not only personally, but also in our relationships and broader culture. My hope is to walk alongside my clients on their therapeutic journey with compassion, understanding, and care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individual adults navigating a range of life experiences, including major transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship and family dynamics, and grief and loss. I also have experience supporting disabled individuals and those living with chronic illness. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients, and I strive to create a space that honors how marginalized identities shape mental health and overall well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My innate curiosity serves as a prominent strength in my work, facilitating my authentic engagement with all of my clients as I collaborate with you through a multicultural, intersectional and strengths-based lens. I’m drawn to understanding how each person’s unique experiences and cultural identities shape their worldview. I approach every session with openness, compassion, and a genuine passion for connection. I enjoy exploring identity development, meaning-making, and working collaboratively to define what mental well-being looks like for each individual.
