My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and child-centered, drawing from CBT-informed techniques, behavioral interventions, play therapy, and psychoeducation. I also believe in supporting the whole child and am passionate about incorporating a holistic perspective, including the benefits of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle in emotional well-being.
