Every person is unique in how they think, feel, and show up in their world. My practice is designed to be a space where we can explore those concepts and work together to understand what guides them.
My clients are often navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and issues around self-esteem and identity crisis. During our time together, I will create an environment where you can feel empowered to explore these different feelings so you can begin to work through them.
Seeking therapy is a choice we have all had to make. It can feel overwhelming and daunting, and it can be uncomfortable allowing yourself to be vulnerable. However, I feel inspired by the opportunity to support individuals who are ready to move past the mental blocks holding them back and believe that together we can strengthen your emotional language and courage in facing day-to-day challenges.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of feeling like you are in a safe space where you can be heard and not judged. I ensure that every individual who seeks therapy with me has a safe, comfortable space to share their story, no matter what that means to them. I feel it is imperative to provide support to minority, vulnerable, and overlooked communities who may be struggling with a sense of belonging and acceptance.
Each person is made up of countless stories, some we remember and some we want to forget. I will be there to hear your story, help you discover more about who you are, and give you a space to be your whole, imperfect, authentic self. Whatever the reason that brought you here, I am glad that I can be here with you.
