I specialize in working with autistic and other neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people exploring or practicing ethical non-monogamy, and members of the kink community. I believe that neurodivergence, diverse relationship structures, and gender diversity are natural aspects of the human experience—not problems to be fixed. My role is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build a life that aligns with your values.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is eclectic; I don't believe any single therapeutic model is a one-size-fits-all solution for something as complex as identity, trauma, and relationships. Rather than expecting you to fit into a particular framework, I adapt my approach to fit your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), existential therapy, and relational approaches, integrating practical skills with deeper exploration of meaning, identity, connection, and the patterns that shape our lives. More than any particular modality, I believe that meaningful healing happens within the therapeutic relationship itself. Research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes, and my experience has only reinforced that.

My goal is to build a relationship grounded in authenticity, collaboration, curiosity, and mutual respect—one where you feel safe enough to bring your whole self into the room. Together, we'll discover what resonates with you and develop strategies that feel authentic, sustainable, and genuinely helpful.
