My name is Isatta Rockman. I am a Retired Army Veteran and a creative, compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with 3 years of clinical experience and 10 years as a job placement counselor in the Army. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University, a CACREP-accredited program, and I am currently licensed as an LPC in South Carolina and Florida. With over 30 years of diverse experience in healthcare and counseling, my approach is direct yet empathetic. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll work to build the skills and resilience you need to thrive. What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in treating people as I would want to be treated, and advocating for others. I believe in community, and that the world belongs to all of us. It is up to us all to work together to make our home (Earth) a safer, more friendly place. I believe in family, and friendship. I am a Christian, and a follower of Christ. I can introduce this into the session if the client desires it, or omit it depending on the clients needs and preferences.
