What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrated approach in therapy along with Gottman Method for couples, offering a supportive space to explore, grow, and build emotional connection. You may notice I incorporate plants as part of the therapeutic space. I use them not only to create a calming environment, but also as gentle reminders of growth, care, and resilience, much like the process of therapy itself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with adult clients and couples using integrated approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and strengthen emotional connections.
