I counsel adults who are experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and high conflict relationships. I also work as an Intensive-In-Community (IIC) therapist for children ages 5-21. I use fun and creative games and activities to engage children, build confidence and competence, and teach social and emotional skills.

My goal is to partner with you to identify and set meaningful goals, untangle any roadblocks, and live a life that aligns with your values.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a warm, patient, and compassionate therapist, skilled at “meeting clients where they’re at”. I am also a loving mom of three children, devoted daughter, and friend, and I draw on my life experience to guide my clinical work.
