Hola y Bienvenidos! My name is Ivette Soto, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University. I offer telehealth services to individuals above the age of 12, available in both English and Spanish. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and life adjustments, and I have extensive experience working with children with autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, behavioral concerns, and other related disabilities as a Registered Behavioral Therapist. I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I am here to help you navigate through life's challenges. As your therapist, I will evaluate your needs and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to help you cope with various life challenges, all while providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to heal and grow. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
