My therapeutic approach is collaborative, which means you choose what you want to work on. I am passionate about helping people learn to trust and respect themselves. I treat children, teens, adults, and elders!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First we will work together to understand the root causes of your symptoms, including issues from your family history, life events, and current situation. Next we will use therapies such as CBT, EMDR, or exposure therapy to treat the causes of your symptoms.
