From major life changes to seemingly small, day-to-day stress that can build up over time, it can feel very overwhelming for anyone. This can especially be true if you feel isolated or that you can't see past these difficulties. I am here to help you understand that it is possible to overcome the problems life throws at you. I will be with you every step of the way as we work together to tackle the issues of life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree and 10 years of experience. Additionally, I am an army veteran with 10 years of service. My professional journey includes individual practice, where I have focused on addressing depression, anxiety, anger, and relationship issues. I also had the privilege of working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, helping veterans and their families understand and overcome PTSD. I specialize in working with adults using cognitive and psychoanalytic therapies. Upon request, I can incorporate a Christian faith-based focus into our sessions. My goal is to partner with you to better understand your world and help you overcome the challenges you face.
