“Jabrielle was very kind and made the space feel safe for me to be vulnerable. I felt like she was speaking/treating me like a human, not just a client and like she was actually listening to me in order to understand what I’m going through, not just listening to respond.”

Getting to know Jabrielle Mason

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying so much. If you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, or just plain tired of holding it all together, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Tyler, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you through your journey with compassion and understanding.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is open-minded, non-judgmental, and strength-based, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I meet each person where they are, recognizing that their experiences, struggles, and perspectives are unique. Rather than imposing solutions, I collaborate with my clients to help them uncover their own resilience and capacity for growth. I believe in empowering individuals by highlighting their strengths, fostering self-awareness, and guiding them toward meaningful change. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported while also equipping them with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial sessions, we'll take time to explore the patterns and stressors impacting your well-being, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan that supports lasting change. Many of my clients begin to notice a gradual reduction in symptoms within the first few weeks.
