When working with clients, I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating a life transition, I am here to support you every step of the way. In my personal time, I enjoy engaging in activities that promote well-being and balance. These interests help me stay grounded and bring a sense of empathy and understanding to my work.
