“Jaci is very patient and understanding and she helps me get to the root of what’s challenging me and also helps me to come up with solutions or other ways of looking at things I’m dealing with. The EMDR has been fantastic and really helpful especially because I’ve been in and out of talk therapy so I’ve built some self awareness and have a tendency to intellectualize my feelings rather than letting them move through me or even knowing where the patterns come from in the first place. :)”

Getting to know Jaci Lamont

Hi! I'm Jaci (pronounced Jackie). Kudos to you for taking the most difficult steps in healing and change... Realizing that if you could change without the help of a highly trained, caring professional, you already would have. That's why you and I are here... You can expect amazing results as you work with me to overcome years of feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, afraid of change, ashamed or unsure of yourself or who you are. You will overcome issues including self-sabotage, negative core beliefs, low self-esteem and under-achievement. You will learn more about yourself, and develop the strength and guts to face down any skeletons in your closet such as decisions you regret or abuse. We'll bust through limiting beliefs to empower you to set and reach the goals you've always dreamed of. We'll get to the root causes of child or adult ADHD, family conflict, and women's issues and implement strategies to help you get to know yourself better and make decisions that are in alignment with your values and with who you truly are, so you can make wise career and relationship choices. You can learn and practice the best parenting techniques, and heal the root issues that influence how present and connected you are to your children, and how you respond to them. You will become more knowledgeable and comfortable managing women’s issues and aging, and we can explore spirituality and religion. I specialize in working with parents, children, and families to bring peace, structure, and fun back to your home. love helping people heal and change through groups and lead an educational/supportive group for women with PTSD. I’m currently finishing my first book, “Heal Your Heart, Heal Your Child: Release Your Trauma to Become the Mom You Want to Be” to help moms break free from unhealthy generational patterns and fully enjoy their children and being a mom. I’ve had not just professional, but also personal, experience with all of the issues I listed.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, we'll start getting to know each other, you'll share some of your story and why you're here. We’ll set your goals and you’ll practice coping skills I teach you so you have techniques to use to make a difference in your life and relationships from that day on. In the next sessions, we can develop your personal, relaxing, empowering guided meditation that you record for your use anytime.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
