Getting to know Jacinta Little
As a therapist, I like to provide clients with an empathetic and nonjudgmental space to explore their feelings, using a collaborative approach to support clients. At the same time, they understand and learn skills to regulate their emotions.
I have worked with children and adults since 2016, helping them learn to regulate negative emotions, regain focus and sense of wellbeing. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to unpack and explore their feelings. I specialize in empowering clients to manage anxiety, depression, chronic mental illnesses, as well as major life transitions, grief, and trauma.
