Psychotherapist
MO
Hello, I'm Jack. Sometimes our best efforts don't end up with the results we hoped for. We try to deal with problems in the best way we know how, but nothing seems to give us the relief we seek. It can seem that other people are in the way, that life is just too complex, or that there are forces working against us. I have had a lot of success helping people sort through this labyrinth of solutions, and I think I can help you, too. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and have been a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) since 1990. Over the years, I have assisted a wide range of women and men from all walks of life. My experience includes helping clients with issues related to addiction, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, and stress. I have worked for over 30 years in hospital-based clinics, in private practice, and for 15 years as the director of substance abuse treatment programs. I work with adults and collaborate with them to find solutions that work best for them. My experience has been that most of us know the solutions to our problems, but often don't have the tools to implement that solution. At other times, sorting through the clutter of everyday life can make that solution seem so far away. I think I can help clarify your path and support you on your way. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to help. Let's work together to find the relief and clarity you seek.
